Policies for Exam Review Courses
Refund and
Cancellation Policy
Cancelation Deadline: January 19, 2013
First Review Course: January
26, 2013
- Students
can cancel registration and receive a full refund (less a 5%
administrative fee for credit card purchases) if the cancellation is made
in writing (or by email) by the cancelation deadline.
- Students
wishing to cancel after the cancelation deadline but prior to the first
review can do so but will be charged a 15% cancellation fee.
- Students
wishing to cancel after first review course has begun will be charged
$200/course (up to the full registration amount) for all courses that have
started. No refunds will be given
after half of the number of courses has started.
- If a
cancellation request is received after a course has begun, no refund will
be given for that course.
Retake Policy:
- Students
who do not pass after the taking the courses can retake the courses the
next time they are offered at no charge if they attended a satisfactory
number of courses (at least 90% courses) for the previous exam review.
- Students
retaking the courses will be entitled to attend the course lecture(s) and
free parking. They will not be
entitled to receive the instructor handouts or other handout material
without paying for reproduction costs as determined by MP Review.
- Students
wishing to retake the courses must still register by the cancelation
deadline noted above. Students who
wish to register after this date may do so at half of the advertised price
for the review courses.
